Usage and Storage of Spring Roll Pastry

  1. Remove one pack of spring roll pastry from the freezer and leave it in the packet to defrost for approximately 40 minutes.
  2. Once defrosted, remove the pastry from the packet and cover it with a tea towel or plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.
  3. Fill and wrap your spring rolls as desired.
  4. Deep fry the spring rolls at 170°C for 4–6 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oil, drain on paper towels, and serve.
