Usage and Storage of Spring Roll Pastry

  1. Take out a package of spring roll pastry from the freezer. Leave the pastry in the packet to defrost for 40 minutes.
  2. Remove the pastry from the packet and cover with a tea towel or plastic wrap to prevent drying.
  3. Wrap your spring rolls.
  4. Deep fry spring rolls at 170°C for 4–6 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and serve.
